GoldBio’s ReadyLadder™ 50 bp DNA Ladder is a precise, ready-to-use molecular weight marker designed for sizing small DNA fragments in agarose gel electrophoresis. Featuring 17 distinct bands from 50 bp to 1,500 bp, it provides excellent resolution for low–molecular weight applications.

To streamline gel analysis, the 200 bp and 500 bp bands are enhanced in intensity, serving as clear visual reference points. Each well load delivers 0.5 μg of DNA, enabling both accurate fragment sizing and approximate quantification by comparing band intensities. Premixed with Orange G tracking dye, this ladder is optimized for direct gel loading and real-time monitoring. With sharp, consistent banding patterns and reliable storage stability, it offers dependable performance for routine laboratory workflows.
